No Refunds

Cloaker Shield maintains a strict no-refund policy due to the nature of our services. We offer non-tangible, irrevocable goods, and as a result, we do not issue refunds

As a customer, it is your responsibility to understand and accept this policy before purchasing any service from our website. Additionally, you should ensure that any recurring payment profiles are canceled before the next renewal, either through our website or the payment processor's platform if you no longer require our services.

Exceptions

  • Account Approvals: To protect the integrity of our services, all new accounts are subject to manual review, which is typically completed within 24 hours of purchase. If we are unable to approve your account or provide you with limited access to our product within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.
  • Non-Delivery: In the event that you do not receive an email from us due to issues with your email provider or mail server, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of the order placement; otherwise, the product will be considered received.
  • Major Defects: While we thoroughly test our product, unexpected errors may occur. If you encounter a major defect, please submit it to our Technical Department for review. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If we fail to correct the issue within this timeframe after receiving your initial complaint or notification, you may request a full refund without any compensations or reimbursements.
  • Not-As-Described: If you believe that the purchased product does not match the description provided on our website, you should report the issue to us within 72 hours from the date of purchase, without using the product's services. To request a refund, you must provide clear evidence demonstrating that the product does not meet the description.
